- Only within 3 days from date of delivery
- Only allowed for:
– damaged products (only if that’s the original condition)
– wrongly delivered items
- All items must be in their original condition, with its tag still in place.
- Plants cannot be exchanged
- Strictly not allowed
- When payment has been made, but items have not been delivered.
- When payment (bank transfer) has not been made within 1 day since order was placed, we will contact you in regards to order cancellation.
